CITY OF PERRYSBURG OHIO
Perrysburg is a city and southern suburb of Toledo located in Wood County, Ohio, United States, along the south side of the Maumee River. The population was 25,041 at the 2020 census. Founded in 1816, Perrysburg, Ohio, (population 19,000) is one of only two cities in the United States platted by the federal government (Washington, D.C. is the other). Perrysburg was named in honor of Commodore Oliver Hazard Perry, who cleared the British from Lake Erie.
